There Are Many Things I Wish to Bake....

and I will bake again. I promise I have not given up baking as a New Year's resolution. Unfortunately I have been fairly ill the past few days, miserable with a sore throat, awful coughing and congestion. I do hope to be back and baking once I feel less fuzzy in the head, so please stay tuned. Here's hoping none of you are feeling as crummy as I do at the moment. Take care, everyone. My only advice at this time is to take some extra vitamin C and bake some wonderful bread. I shall be back with you soon.

In the meantime, here are some pictures of my cute fuzzy kitties:

Mabel the little:

I do promise many more posts about baking are forthcoming with less fuzziness (in my mind and of my kitties). Now I'm off to nap.

I hope you feel better when you have the chance to read this, Jen...
I just wanted to say Tim and Mabel are sooo cute!! I also have a cat, his name is Cookie. It's great having cats around, isn't it?
Get well soon, we need your wonderful recipes and pictures! ;o)

Thank you Cinara, I think I will be feeling up to baking in another day or so, just still very tired from whatever it is I have. Yes, kitties are wonderful to have around! I'm guessing your Cookie is very cute also :D.

Avital, thank you much! I've been taking it very easy and sleeping quite a bit. I'll be back soon :D

Hopefully you got some rest and cat therapy while you recovered from the icky picky. I missed a couple days work with the same symptoms...my two kitty boys kept me entertained as well as having a chance to scope out new recipes for when I felt better. Now on to those brownies!
