Steeping the Mint (Post #19..I think)

I do envy those little mint leaves. Soaking in a nice warm bath of cream, milk and sugar. Perhaps that will be me sometime tomorrow afternoon or even tomorrow morning, minus the milk, cream and sugar plus some warm water and some bubbles....

The mint/cream/milk/sugar mixture needs to steep for 1 to 3 hours. I'll be giving it a taste and sniff test in about an the mean time I'll be vegging a bit and finding a few things to photograph for your visual pleasure. Enjoy!

I will definitely do that, Padme! I really think I'll be able to churn it around 10 or 11 tonight and then it should be solid enough for a nice scoop by 2 am or so! I look forward to it.
